Introduction to Drag Racing: “My first trip to a drag race was with my older brother.  I was just a 9 or 10-year old kid then.  But when I became of age, I found my way back to that same track and began going every weekend until I made my first pass in the family car.  I’ve been hooked ever since.  Of course my favorite class is NHRA Pro Stock.  It is unquestionably the most competitive class in NHRA Drag Racing.  Its close resemblance to the actual cars driven daily by the fans makes it the class that they most closely relate to.  At any National Event, you can expect the sixteen qualifiers in the “Factory Hotrods” to have an unbelievable .025 to .050 second margin of separation from the number one to the number sixteen qualifier.”

Favorite Old Movie: "The Wizard of Oz" Lots of childhood memories.

Favorite New Movie: "Seabiscuit"  This should have been the Academy's choice for Best Picture of the Year 2003 and even after all these years, it's still my favorite movie today!
